Refund & Return Policy

At Summit Fire Designs, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition.


How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, contact us at store@summitfiredesigns.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. If applicable, please provide at least 4 pictures of the item to demonstrate any issues or damage received. This helps us better understand the situation.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Re-stocking Fee:

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and handling returned items. 


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our inventory and service.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. At least 4 pictures of the item may be requested to confirm the issue. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.


If you refuse a damaged product, the freight claim will be automatically initiated by the carrier and returned to us. Please notify our customer service team immediately so we can coordinate a replacement shipment or issue a credit.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Special ordered items
  • Installed or burned products

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at store@summitfiredesigns.com.
