Installation Options:

Option 1: Fully Recessed or Built-In

The Amantii 34" Symmetry 3.0 Smart WiFi Electric Fireplace offers a versatile installation option. It can be seamlessly recessed into your wall or built-in to complement your interior design. When choosing this option, a black surround is included in the box, ensuring a sleek and polished look. Additionally, for those seeking a more personalized touch, optional decorative color surrounds are available for various models, including SYM-34-wifi-3, SYM-42-wifi-3, SYM-50-wifi-3, SYM-60-wifi-3, SYM-74-wifi-3, and SYM-88-wifi-3. These surrounds add a touch of sophistication to your fireplace's appearance.

Option 2: Semi-Flush Mounted within a 2x4 Wall

For a unique semi-flush mount installation, the Amantii 34" Symmetry 3.0 Smart WiFi Electric Fireplace can be elegantly incorporated within a 2x4 wall. This installation style offers a contemporary and space-saving solution. To achieve this look, the semi-flush mount surround is required, which must be purchased separately. The Semi-Flush Mount Surround has a sleek black finish and a depth of 2 1/4 inches, ensuring a seamless fit into your wall. Please note that this application is only applicable to the SYMMETRY & SYMMETRY-B models, as XT models must be fully recessed.

Hassle-Free Installation – Standardized Sizing

One standout feature of the SYMMETRY series is the standardized unit sizing, making installation hassle-free at any stage of your project. This means that the fireplace's opening can be prepared at any point in your construction or renovation project, and the appliance can be easily installed and finished with the included surround at the project's end. This standardized sizing not only simplifies installation but also eliminates the need for intricate and costly finishing, enhancing the overall convenience of your Amantii electric fireplace.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:

Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
