The Symmetry Bespoke Extra Tall Fireplace is 74" wide and suitable for large rooms or commercial settings. Its full flames and customizable design make it stand out, and it can be installed easily both indoors and outdoors. This electric fireplace features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a clean display without vents, and high-quality speakers for a realistic fire sound. It can heat up to 500 square feet but should not be your main heat source. Choose from red, yellow, or orange flames and one of multiple Design Media Kits.

- WiFi compatible to connect and control the fireplace from your smartphone with the use of our app. Available on the Google play store and the Apple App Store.
- Bluetooth Connectivity – Featuring a fireplace with high-quality audio from Bluetooth speakers. Simply pair your phone with the fireplace and press play on your smartphone.
- Programmable timer & thermostat allows you to decide the temperature of the room. Set the fireplace to turn on before you arrive home or have it automatically turn on when the weather is cold.
- Smart Room Temperature Control – 59°F – 82°F or 15°C – 28°C
- 1500W 5120 BTU, heats up to 400 Sq. Ft.
May also be wired to 220 volts to increase the BTU output to 10,240, heats up to 900 Sq. Ft.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition.
Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.
Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
