Bromic Tungsten Electric Recess Kits

Seamlessly integrate your Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat™ Electric units with these unique recess kits which permit flush-mounting in roof cavities. These kits include the special parts and hardware needed for recessed mounting of our Tungsten Electric series, allowing you to easily install the heater so that it doesn’t interfere with your streamlined aesthetic. We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Bromic Heating products are crafted to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. Each heater is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, providing peace of mind to the original owner.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Residential Use: Bromic Heating products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Commercial Use: Coverage is limited to 90 days from the date of purchase for all non-residential applications.

As an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.
