The Florence GFRC Concrete Round Fire Pit is the perfect addition to finish your outdoor project with. The Outdoor Plus's products are handmade and proudly manufactured in the U.S.A using premium quality materials to bring you the fastest lead times in the industry. The Outdoor Plus uses its own proprietary glass fiber reinforced concrete blend with the desired color mixed into the Fire Pit. This helps bring peace of mind, just in case it ever gets chipped or damaged.

It has 12-inch 304 stainless steel burner that produces 65,000 BTUs of heat and glimmering flames. This fire Pit comes with lava rock burning display but you can upgrade to fire glass (sold separately). If substituting for fire glass, 40 pounds is usually recommended. The burner is compatible with both natural gas and liquid propane.

Uniquely designed Florence fire pits are made of glass-fiber reinforced concrete and feature a stainless steel burner. Glass-fiber reinforced concrete is stronger and 50 percent lighter than regular concrete. This enables them to stand up to harsh environmental conditions like freezing and marine environments. The use of glass fibers for reinforcement means that it'll not rust like steel and therefore the glass fibers will prevent the product from cracking. It is built to last and will serve you for years to come.

The Florence GFRC Concrete Round Fire Pit comes with different ignition options. LC Certified Match Light Ignition System that provides a simple manual ignition process that connects to your existing gas source and valve. And electronic ignition system that will relight your fire pit if the wind blows it out. The electronic ignition can be wired by your local electrician to be controlled by a light switch, pool controller (with available relay), or home automation system.

The Florence GFRC Concrete Round Fire Pit is available in multiple color variants, so it gives you the opportunity of choosing the color that perfectly matches your outdoor decor. We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:

Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
