Ignition Options:

 Match-Lit: All TOP Fire Pit tables are available with the Match Lit Ignition Option which allows you to ignite the Fire Pit by turning the Gas Key Valve and lighting the burner with a matchstick or a lighter.

Automatic Electronic:

Electronic - E12V Low Voltage: The E12V compact system offers easy control of the fire feature through pool controllers, remote controls, or home automation systems. This certified unit is compatible with 12VAC and comes with a glow plug igniter built to withstand outdoor conditions.

Electronic - 110V Plug & Play: The 110V Smart Weather Electronic Ignition System (SWEIS) Kits includes an Electronic Valve, 3-Prong Plug, Pilot Igniter, and thermocouple flame sensor. It utilizes a hot surface igniter (HSI) for reliable pilot ignition and safety.

Add-on Options for Automatic Electronic: Accessories (can be used individually or added to a Safety Tower) :

Gas Timer & E-Stop: A gas shut off device with timer that comes with built-in emergency stop.

Emergency Stop Button with Key: Includes the emergency stop button with a lock and key to activate the E-stop function.

Electrical Emergency Shut-Off Button: Emergency stop button with a outdoor rated electrical box and cover to stop all operations.

Electrical Dial Timer: the electrical dial timer for time-controlled used of the fire feature. It has a 1 hour max runtime. 

1-Hour Button Timer: In-Wall 1-Hour Timer adds convenience and ease to your outdoor fire and water features. To use it, you simply have to press the button to cycle through the timer options. Once you’ve selected the desired time, the timer takes care of the rest.

Remote Control & Wireless Receiver: The remote control  wireless receiver is accompanied by an outdoor Rated Electrical Box. The kit includes remote, Receiver, a switch

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:

Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
