This fireplace is available with a substantial amount options to help make installation and customization a breeze. The clean-faced, minimalist design and full-width firebox are highlighted by the included NIGHT LIGHT™. Set the tone with a selection of premium, hand-painted, logs, including driftwood, oak, and birch. Provide yourself with even more decor opportunities with optional heat management that provides easier placement of your favorite art or electronics. Operate the luxurious Altitude™ X 36 from your comfy spot using your favorite mobile device and the eFIRE Remote App. The only question about your new Altitude™ X 36 fireplace is which of the eight fronts, six decorative brick panels, and four log set styles will you choose to make this fireplace truly yours?
Fireplace Heat Management
You Control The Heat - Napoleon's Heat Management allows you to install your television, art, and electronics closer to your fireplace. Heat management provides ways to direct the heat exactly where it is needed, which isn't necessarily in front of the fireplace.
eFire Bluetooth Controller
We have cracked the code and present to you the first fireplaces to be controlled by Bluetooth technology, using an intuitive app on your mobile device.
There may be additional costs, depending on the accessories you choose. Some accessories are not compatible with each other, and some may require additional hardware. Your Napoleon authorized dealer will help to guide you through the process of selecting the right accessories for you.
We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition.
Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.
Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:
Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.
Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
