The Altitude X is a traditional style gas fireplace that can be customized with a multitude of features and options

Designed to provide the ideal aspect ratio for an aesthetically pleasing view, the Altitude™ X gas fireplace is a traditional fireplace that you can truly make your own. This fireplace is available with a substantial amount options to help make installation and customization a breeze. The clean-faced, minimalist design and full-width firebox are highlighted by the included NIGHT LIGHT™. Set the tone with a selection of premium, hand-painted, logs, including driftwood, oak, and birch. Provide yourself with even more decor opportunities with optional heat management that provides easier placement of your favorite art or electronics. Operate the luxurious Altitude™ X 36 from your comfy spot using your favorite mobile device and the eFIRE Remote App. The only question about your new Altitude™ X 36 fireplace is which of the eight fronts, six decorative brick panels, and four log set styles will you choose to make this fireplace truly yours?

You Control The Heat - Napoleon's Heat Management allows you to install your television, art, and electronics closer to your fireplace. Heat management provides ways to direct the heat exactly where it is needed, which isn't necessarily in front of the fireplace.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Napoleon products are designed with superior components and assembled by skilled craftsmen under the strict standards of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified and authorized installers, service agencies, or suppliers to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality you expect from Napoleon.

All Napoleon products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of installation, provided the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

At Summit Fire Designs, as an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty terms, visit Napoleon’s Warranty Policy found in the Installation Manual.
