• The Napoleon Element 42 built-in, electric fireplace is 31-inches tall, 42-inches wide, 14-inches deep (78.11 cm tall, 106.68 cm wide, 35.56 cm deep)
• By simply plugging in to a standard 120v outlet, you can experience up to 5,000 BTU's and 1,450 Watts of power that easily warms spaces of up to 400 sq. ft.
• When hardwired for 240v, this unit will output a robust 9,000 BTU's and 2,800 Watts that can quickly heat rooms up to 800 sq. ft.
• Install into the wall and hardwire for a seamless, traditional hearth look, recreating a fireplace area without the cost of installing a gas fireplace
• Create the ideal fireplace by installing this into an existing mantel opening or purchase one specifically to match your personal décor perfectly
• This electric fireplace is easy to install and comes self-trimming, meaning you don't need to purchase extra materials for finishing after installation

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
