The Napoleon Fiberglow VF18 Vent Free Gas Log Set uses the existing air currents to circulate the heat it produces. The logs themselves absorb the infrared heat from the flames and the heat is radiated back into the room. The Fiberglow VF18 is easy to use. A flip of a switch and you have a cozy fire. Flip it again and the fire is off. No work, no mess. At 99.9% efficient, the Fiberglow VF18 is a fantastic addition to any room. The ambiance of a crackling wood fire is great for a home with an unused masonry fireplace and it installs easily into existing or brand new openings.

There is no need for extensive renovations, wood, or even a chimney. This vent-free log set installs easily into existing or brand new openings with ease. it is great for homes where the optional fireplace wasn't chosen when a home was built. The Fiberglow™ Vent Free Gas Log Set uses the existing air currents in the home to circulate heat and vent itself, requiring a hookup to an existing gas line. This set comes complete with cast iron andirons and grate, large charcoal embers and lava rocks to create the look of a much-loved wood fireplace without the work or mess.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified and authorized installers, service agencies, or suppliers to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality you expect from Napoleon.

All Napoleon products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of installation, provided the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

At Summit Fire Designs, as an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty terms, visit Napoleon’s Warranty Policy found in the Installation Manual.
