Napoleon Indoor/Outdoor Kit for Luxuria™ 38 allows you to put your fireplace on an outside wall and enjoy it from both inside and outside your home. An attachment for converting any Luxuria Series to an indoor/outdoor fireplace. Fibreglass construction allows the glass pane to expand and contract at the same pace, ensuring that the seals and gaskets are maintained. The first real indoor/outdoor equipment designed for Northern regions. The industry's first thermally engineered solution for an indoor/outdoor fireplace. Enjoy your Luxuria as a SEE-THRU unit on the exterior wall of your home without compromising comfort, unwanted consumption of energy, or the need for power venting motors. Easy cleaning and serviceability while maintaining complete integrity of the building; insulation, vapor barrier, prevents air infiltration, and minimizes noise transmission. The sealed viewing system provides a certified value of R5, that when combined with the Luxuria fireplace construction and glass guard system results in a total insulation value of almost R20! Cleaning takes only one person for a total of 15 minutes.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified and authorized installers, service agencies, or suppliers to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality you expect from Napoleon.

All Napoleon products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of installation, provided the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

At Summit Fire Designs, as an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty terms, visit Napoleon’s Warranty Policy found in the Installation Manual.
