Napoleon's Luxuria™ 38 linear gas fireplace provides an unobstructed view of the contemporary linear fire and requires no safety screen. The safe-to-touch, triple-pane Glass Guard system and Dynamic Heat Control provide safe heating and beautiful views to two rooms at once. Versatile installation opportunities allow for TVs and artwork to safely be displayed above the fireplace while combustible materials are installed flush with the opening. Include premium media options like Nickel Stix, Mineral Rock Kit, Shore, and Beach Fire Media Kits, multiple colours of Glass Ember Media, and Glass Beads to embellish your personal style. Control every aspect of this fireplace easily from your favorite mobile device using the eFIRE app, including setting the mood with the multi-colored LED ember bed. Napoleon's Heat Management allows you to install your television, art, and electronics closer to your fireplace. Heat management provides ways to direct the heat exactly where it is needed, which isn't necessarily in front of the fireplace.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Napoleon products are designed with superior components and assembled by skilled craftsmen under the strict standards of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified and authorized installers, service agencies, or suppliers to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality you expect from Napoleon.

All Napoleon products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of installation, provided the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

At Summit Fire Designs, as an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty terms, visit Napoleon’s Warranty Policy found in the Installation Manual.
