The Bromic Heating Wireless Dimmer Controller can quickly dim the lighting and heating output over a percentage gradient to create the perfect ambiance – every time.
Set up the perfect ambiance with the Bromic Eclipse Dimmer Controller and Wireless Remote. Suitable for our Eclipse Pendant and Portable series, the Bromic Eclipse Dimmer Controller and Remote can quickly dim the lighting in 1% increments and the heating output (0%, 33%, 66%, 100%) to create the perfect ambiance – every time.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition.
Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.
Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
Bromic Heating products are crafted to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. Each heater is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, providing peace of mind to the original owner.
Warranty Coverage:
- Residential Use: Bromic Heating products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Commercial Use: Coverage is limited to 90 days from the date of purchase for all non-residential applications.
As an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.
To initiate a claim:
- Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
- Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.
