• Choice Flavor Grids - 16- gauge 304 stainless steel Flavor Grids provide even heat distribution and reduced flare-ups.
• Choice Common Area Gas Timer - All Choice Common Area grills for multi users include a one hour automatic shut off timer. Built-in units include the timer in a stainless steel box (5520-11T) and the post mount grills include the timer built into the base.
• Choice Common Area Anti-Theft Warming Rack - Diamond Sear cooking grids with an anti-theft mechanism in place provides multi-users with all the cooking versatility of Diamond Sear cooking grids while providing peace of mind to the owner.
• Choice Common Area Anti-Theft Knobs - Choice Common Area grills come with comfort touch grips on the knobs. Anti-theft locking mechanism keeps knobs from getting lost.
• Analog Thermometer - Analog Thermometer with polished stainless steel bezel is embedded in the hood. It is large and attractive with a forward angle for easy viewing.
• 90 Degree Double Walled Hood - Double walled 304 stainless steel oven provides efficient heat retention for even heating. The oven opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust. The Teflon coated spring assist makes opening the oven smooth and accessible for all.

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
