Napoleon Altitude 36" Direct Vent Gas Fireplace

Designed for visual pleasure, the aesthetically pleasing Altitude 42 gas fireplace is an easy-to-install, customizable, traditional-style fireplace.

Designed for visual pleasure, the aesthetically pleasing Altitude Series gas fireplace is a traditional-style fireplace with a multitude of customizable options. Installation is easy and the clean-faced design provides expansive views of the firebox without obstruction. The hand-painted, split oak log set comes standard, with optional decorative brick panels including MIRRO-FLAME Porcelain Reflective Radiant Panels, Black Illusion Glass, Westminster Standard or Herringbone, and Newport Standard. There are also six different options for surrounds or trims to further complete the look. Provide yourself with even more installation opportunities with the optional Passive Universal Heat Management which provides easier placement of your favorite art and electronics. Include the optional remote to operate this fireplace from the comfort of your favorite spot. The only question is, how will you style the Altitude to make it truly yours?

We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. 

Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.

Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us to discuss shipping details.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.

Napoleon products are designed with superior components and assembled by skilled craftsmen under the strict standards of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified and authorized installers, service agencies, or suppliers to ensure that you, the customer, receive the quality you expect from Napoleon.

All Napoleon products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage begins on the date of installation, provided the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

At Summit Fire Designs, as an authorized dealer, we’re here to guide you through the warranty process in the unlikely event your product experiences a defect.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number.
  2. Submit clear photos of any defects, including the packaging, product, and serial label, if visible.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. For full warranty terms, visit Napoleon’s Warranty Policy found in the Installation Manual.
