The modern-looking Remii DE fireplace boasts a 12″ depth! The Remii Deep Series of built-in electric fireplaces has been designed to give you the maximum flexibility in selecting a unit that perfectly suits your needs.
Remii DEEP electric fireplaces are rated for Indoor or Outdoor use.
This stylish electric fireplace will be a focal point in any room, indoors or outdoors. The Deep Series gives you a 12” depth and multiple length options, as well as – A full Frame Viewing Area – giving you the ability to install your fireplace with your choice of finishing material built right to the glass for a “clean face” design or using the provided black metal surround. Your choice – your design!
The Deep 12” fireplace comes with Canyon Brown and Ocean Blue fire glass media. Additional media options are available for purchase.
Vibrant, multi-colored state-of-the-art flame presentation – change from Yellow to Orange to Red with just a click of the remote. Can all be done separately and mixed to make lots of combinations.
Ambient Canopy Lighting
Ambient canopy lighting illuminates media like never before. Cast a colorful glow over the supplied decorative media in the tray below. Cycle through a rainbow of 13 different colors. Blend flame colors with contrasting canopy lighting for a unique presentation – the combinations are limitless.
The Remii XS includes Canyon Brown and Ocean Blue decorative media embers, as well as a black steel surround and a remote.
We offer free order cancellations before the shipping label or Bill of Lading is generated, or prior to the commencement of production for custom orders.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition.
Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damages" section.
Our refund policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, within two days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:
Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.
Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
